THESE AREAS ARE FOR TAZEWELL COUNTY RESIDENTS ONLY. ONLY BAGGED RESIDENTIAL WASTE SHALL BE DUMPED AT THESE LOCATIONS. ALL OTHER PERMITTED WASTE MUST BE DISPOSED OF AT THE TAZEWELL COUNTY LANDFILL OR ONE OF THE TRANSFER STATIONS.
DISPOSAL OF WASTE FROM OUTSIDE TAZEWELL COUNTY IS FORBIDDEN PER SECTION 17-135 OF THE TAZEWELL COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES
PENALTY: FINE OF $2,500 AND/OR 12 MONTHS IN JAIL
