The Office of Budget and Finance, under the direction of the County Administrator, is responsible for the management of the County's financial accounting system.  The duties of this office include, but are not limited to the processing of accounts payable for all departments, assist with annual budget preparation and administration thereof, maintain sound financial accounting, administration of payroll and related benefit programs, and works with various state/federal agencies on regulatory requirements and grant reporting.
